I’ve had a couple of badly laid driveways in the past so was a bit hesitant about having another one done, but all my fears have been put to rest. Joe and the lads have done several driveways in my road, so I knew their workmanship They have just finished my drive and it looks fantastic, I am so pleased. A great bunch of lads, so friendly, helpful and professional. The work took a week from start to finish and they left it looking Immaculate. I got 3 quotes to have an extension to our old block paved driveway which had been down for 25 years. Toms quote was very competitive and Tom filled me with confidence which the other companies didn’t. From the planning and regular communication with Tom and Joe as the job progressed to the skill, professionalism and patience, I changed my mind on several occasions as the drive was being laid; of Shane, Dave and Alex, I cannot fault them. The team were on time, clean, tidy and very polite. The new blocked paving driveway matches the 25 year old driveway perfectly. We are extremely pleased the work and would highly recommend J D Home Improvements. I contacted JD home improvements after seeing some of their work around Bradley Stoke. Joe made an appointment to come and visit was very helpful no pressure whatsoever not like some other companies. He designed with my husband a new pond and the whole back garden with some excellent suggestions. During the whole build lthe workman were on time always polite and worked extremely hard even during some heavy rain. The end results were more than we ever expected and now very easy to maintain. I would recommend Joe Tommy and the whole team to anyone they are one of the best and honest companies to have worked on my property and I wish them all good luck for the future they deserve it. This was the first job that Joe, Tom and their team have done for us, and the photos hardly do justice to the Wow! we get when people see it. They have transformed the approach to the building making it safe, more accessible and of course attractive. All this was done in two days, the old surface removed, preparation and then laying the blockwork. The site left squeaky clean. Their attention to detail is astonishing, just look at the cut and line of those blocks.
